Greek Leadership Council Funding
The Greek Leadership Council (GLC) distributes a portion of the funding to each governing sub-council for appropriate use towards their programming efforts. Organizations may approach each governing council or the GLC to request co-sponsorship for events being planned by a member organization of sub-council. GLC funds may not be used for events with alcohol. GLC has two types of funding: GLC/UFC and GLC Mini Grant. For UFC funds, organizations may only acquire one type of UFC funding source per event (i.e. COSO, SPEC, etc.).
Below you will find the process and links to access request and reimbursement forms:
- To apply for funding thorugh the Greek Leadership Council, please use this form accessed on DartGroups.
- Follow all instructions and read the agreements carefully. You will need to present your proposal at the next scheduled GLC meeting, held weekly on Thursdays at 7 PM in Robinson 322.
- All requests need to be at least 10 days before the event occurs.
- After approval of funds and the event has occured, please use this form to submit reimbursement requests.
- Only fill this out if you received confirmation of your approved request.
- All reimbursement information must be submitted at most 7 days after the event has occured.
