This year's Keynote features Dr. Michelle "Mikki" Hebl, '97 GR, Michelle Hebl, the Martha and Henry Malcolm Lovett Professor of Psychology and Management, Rice University. Mikki received her PhD in Psychology here at Dartmouth College, and spent an additional year teaching.  Her research focuses on issues related to diversity and discrimination, examining the subtle ways in which discrimination is displayed, and how such discrimination is remediated by targets, allies, and organizations.
