Complete the Alternative Testing Contract

Faculty can access and complete Alternative Testing Contracts for their courses by clicking the Alternative Testing Contract link that appears in the red box within a student accommodation email, or by following the instructions below:

Step 1 - Log in to A11y

Log in to A11y and click the "Continue to View Student Accommodations" button.

Step 2 - Navigate to Alternative Testing

Select "Alternative Testing" from the Views & Tools Menu on the left side of the screen.

Step 3 - Choose the applicable class

If you will be administering your own exams, select the class and exam type from the dropdowns under "ADMINISTERING YOUR OWN EXAM" area and click Confirm to complete the contract.

If you would like the testing center to administer your accommodated exams, select the class from the dropdown "Select Class:" menu under "SPECIFY ALTERNATIVE TESTING CONTRACT" and click the "Continue to Specify Alternative Testing Contract" button.

Step 4 - Provide Exam Details

Enter and submit the requested details regarding your exams on the resulting screen, and reach out to with questions

Step 5 - Submit the Alternative Testing Contract

Click "Submit Alternative Testing Contract" at the bottom of the form
