Ian Scott

Ian Scott is an undergraduate student ('24) from Peoria, Illinois. He majors in African and African American Studies, with a focus on Latin American and Caribbean history. Ian's experience as a Jamaican American has influenced his study of revolutions, development, and imperialism in Latin America and the Caribbean. He plans to continue his studies in graduate school, where he will pursue a PhD in History. At the Academic Skills Center, he is a Youth Participatory Action Intern.
