Dartmouth students are required to earn 3 wellness credits to graduate. Students who complete 1 Learning at Dartmouth course will receive 1 WE/PE credit.

Embark on an academic wellness journey of your own design!
In this hybrid course, you will create your own experiential learning adventure. You will also learn to leverage your strengths during moments of transition, slow down to make space for reflection, and figure out what it means to navigate Dartmouth on your own terms.
You can explore mindful academics, develop strategies like time management and test prep, and connect with campus resources. You'll also meet regularly with a professional academic coach at a mutually convenient time (M-F, 8:30am-4:30pm), with flexible options for asynchronous and synchronous activities.
