Mindfulness Sessions, Drop Ins, and Classes with the Student Wellness Center

The SWC offers a variety of live mindfulness experiences that include 10-minute "pop ups," 30-minute drop-in practice/discussions, and 4-week intro classes. You can also check out the library of SWC audio and video recordings that include brief micro-practices as well as longer guided meditations.
