The SWC offers a variety of live mindfulness experiences that include 10-minute "pop ups," 30-minute drop-in practice/discussions, and 4-week intro classes. You can also check out the library of SWC audio and video recordings that include brief micro-practices as well as longer guided meditations.

Tuck Mindfulness Society

Tuck's mindfulness series combines short talks, group discussion, and plenty of time for practice. We are open to all students, faculty and staff, free of charge with the support of the Tuck MBA Program Office. No previous experience or special attire is required. Beginners and drop-ins welcome. Tuck Mindfulness Society's spring session will help you to apply the strategies for bringing mindfulness into daily life.  We'll learn how to let go of excessive mental baggage, embrace change and work with fear.  Each class will include meditation instruction, lightly guided practice and group discussion.

About the Tuck Mindfulness Society:  founding instructor Bruce McClelland has been a student of mindfulness for the past 38 years, and a teacher for the past 28 years. He teaches mindfulness training for Information, Technology and Consulting at Dartmouth.  Carole Gaudet spent five years on staff at Tuck before becoming Program Manager at Meditative Movement Health Studies at the Geisel School of Medicine.  TMS is led by T'19s Joemma Berberich and Nikilesh Eswarapu.  All four are committed to exploring and sharing mindfulness meditation with the Tuck community.
