Come enjoy snacks and learn about Latine & Caribbean culture at a pre-show party in the Nearburg Forum from 6-7pm, followed by a film screening at 7pm of Alfonso Cuarón’s masterpiece ROMA. The film, featuring a stunning performance by Academy Award-nominee Yalitza Aparicio, centers Mexican Indigenous culture and the experience of having to run away from that culture due to dangerous environments, poverty and security.
