Office of Community Life & Inclusivity

Supported by Associate Dean, Dr. La-Tarri Canty, with a student-centered approach, the Office of Community Life and Inclusivity (CLAI) strives to eliminate bias and remove barriers that impede the success of historically and presently marginalized and underrepresented populations. CLAI provides advocacy, outreach, mentoring and educational opportunities that advance diversity, equity and inclusion. The unit which oversees the Office of Pluralism & Leadership and the Native American Program provides and connects students to resources and promotes an institutional culture that cultivates a sense of belonging for all members. In doing so, it prepares students to be leaders and global citizens
