Goldthree Award for Scholarly Excellence and Community Engagement, was named after a professor who symbolized and modeled for students the balance of being a consummate scholar as well as being deeply involved in making Dartmouth a better place for Black students on campus through leadership, activism, and engagement.

The final award is for our namesake, Lorna C. Hill. With highest honor, this distinguished award is presented to the staff or faculty member that not only excelled in their position at Dartmouth, but also provided invaluable service to the Black community through their support and mentorship of students.
