Latine & Caribbean Heritage Celebration 2023
The theme for 'Connecting Our Roots' is inspired by this year's goals and objectives to create spaces where we can talk about and celebrate the diversity and heritage of Latin American & Caribbean nations. As this year's theme for the Geisel School of Medicine's Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month focuses on strengthening these roots, we want to create spaces where undergraduates can connect the roots that some may not realize are interconnected in the first place. Through our food, our music, the arts, and more, we intend on creating spaces that all individuals can participate in to show that there is so much more that unites and connects us than separates us.
"What magic do YOU bring to the community?"
Come join the planning committee for this year's Latine & Caribbean Heritage Celebration! There will be food, music, games, and community all on Shabazz Lawn from 4-7pm on Friday September 29th!
