During your meeting, the Case Management Dean will take some time to get to know you and discuss any concerns you may have. You can expect to work together to develop a plan that supports you in achieving your academic and personal goals. If appropriate, you will also be provided with referrals and connections to campus resources that can help you.   

Case managers collaborate with students' assigned undergraduate deans to ensure effective and timely support. 

While there are no minimum or maximum meetings, you and the Case Management dean will discuss what follow-up looks like.   

Case Management will not share any details of student records with emergency contacts unless the student provides permission via a signed FERPA waiver.
