Key Programs

International Student Mentor Program

The International Student Mentor Program provides immediate support and assistance to Dartmouth College's newest international undergraduates through correspondence that begins before new students arrive on campus. This program of support and friendship continues formally throughout orientation and is ongoing during the first two terms of a student's life at Dartmouth.

International Student Pre-Orientation Program

The International Student Pre-Orientation Program introduces incoming international students to resources and services on campus and within the Upper Valley Community. This program is held immediately before New Student Orientation.

International Community Social

The International Community Social is a casual social event following International Pre-Orientation. Students are invited to connect with other members of the community over refreshments and conversation.

International Student Graduation Reception

The International Student Graduation Reception offers students, their families, and other loved ones an opportunity to celebrate graduating students' accomplishments together before they return to their respective communities and countries. The event immediately follows Commencement.

International Friendship Family Program

This program gives international students the opportunity to build relationships with local families and share cultures in a unique, personal, and fulfilling way. Read more information about this program.
