First-Year Student Opportunities

There are many opportunities for first-year students to get involved in LLCs! We hope you find one in our rotating list that sparks your interest. 

ENTREPRENEURSHIP LLC

A community for students in all disciplines who have an entrepreneurial spirit: aspiring entrepreneurs, creatives, developers, coders, and problem solvers.

FRENCH LANGUAGE PROGRAM

This program is hybrid and is for students who are interested in a community ready to immerse themselves in French language and culture. Anyone interested in being a member of this community will need to contact the LivingLearning@dartmouth.edu

GREAT ISSUES SCHOLARS IN RESIDENCE

The Great Issues Scholars Program is a Dickey Center program with residential and non-residential cohorts.

JAPANESE LANGUAGE PROGRAM

NATIVE AMERICAN HOUSE 

A community dedicated to the exploration and expression of the traditional and contemporary aspects of Native American intellectual, social, cultural, and spiritual life.

SHABAZZ CENTER FOR INTELLECTUAL INQUIRY

A community that seeks to enhance Dartmouth intellectually and culturally in regards to issues which pertain to the historical and contemporary experiences of people of African descent.

TRIANGLE HOUSE 

A community centered around the historical and contemporary experiences of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, aromantic, and allied people.
