Learning at Dartmouth is a program offering termly courses that introduce students to:
Who should consider taking a Learning at Dartmouth course?
Any Dartmouth student interested in enhancing their academic experience!
Dartmouth students are required to earn 3 wellness credits to graduate. Students who complete 1 Learning at Dartmouth course will receive 1 WE/PE credit.

Embark on an academic wellness journey of your own design!
This hybrid course is delivered one-on-one and offers the opportunity to build your own experiential learning adventure that includes a variety of skills-based topics and campus resources.

Did you know that mindfulness can help you focus better, manage your time, and get things started? In The Mindful Academic, you'll create your own mindfulness toolkit and rethink your habits to find what works best for you in school and beyond. No experience needed, just a genuine interest in mindfulness.
