Come have a cup of delicious soup and hear Heather Bagley, Executive Director of Willing Hands, discuss why community matters to her and how her organization is addressing local food security needs. In 2010, Willing Hands delivered approximately 208 tons of food to our neighbors in need. Ninety-five percent was fruit and vegetables. The rest was eggs, milk, frozen meat and locally baked bread. This nutritious, wholesome food is a welcome and essential supplement to the boxed and canned food typically consumed by many of our recipients. Brought to you by the Tucker Foundation, Dartmouth's center for service, spirituality, and social justice.
