About First-Year Elections

First-year elections are traditionally held during the fall term to establish the first-year class leadership. These elections are for the First-Year Class Council and Student Assembly House Senators.

Intent to Run Form {will open the Engage platform}:  - Please fill out this form to request an EPAC Candidate Petition to appear on the EPAC Ballot

Election Presentation {Link will open video platform}: - All candidates are required to watch the EPAC Presentation 

Candidate Expenditure Sheet {Link will open PDF}: - Any candidate who has spent campiagn money must fill this out and send to the EPAC email by 11:00 AM EST Thursday, October 28th, 2021

Sunday, 10/11- Petitions available through Intent to Run Form {Link open to Engage Form}

Monday, 10/18- General Info Session in Collis 212 at 1:00 pm EST

Tuesday, 10/19- General Info Session in Collis 212 at 7:30 pm EST

Friday, 10/22- Intent to Run Form closes at 11:59 pm EST

Sunday, 10/24- Candidate Info Session at 4:00 PM EST {Zoom Link to Follow}

Sunday, 10/24- Petitions close at 11:59 pm EST


Monday, 10/25- Campaigning begins at 12:01 am EST

Thursday, 10/28- Campaign Expenditure Sheets and Receipts due by 11:00 am EST to the EPAC email

Thursday, 10/28- Campaigning ends at 3:00 pm EST


Thursday, 10/28- Voting opens at 3:00 pm EST

Friday, 10/29- Voting closes at 3:00 pm EST
