Join poets in Lagos, Nigeria, and delve into the world of Yorubu oriki (praise poetry), where words are woven to honor individuals, ancestry, and deities through traditional poetic and lyrical expression.

This event is hosted by the Office of Pluralism and Leadership in the pop-up Shared Studios Portal.

The portal is located in Kemeny Courtyard behind Baker-Berry Library. It features an immersive room, which includes a screen that connects with people in other portals around the world in real time for meaningful conversations and connections.
