Online Advising Chats

ANNOUNCING ONLINE ADVISING CHATS!

Hello again Class of 2028!

Now that you have explored the course offerings, register for upcoming ONLINE CHATS on academic resources!

Online Advising Chats provide an opportunity to engage with your Undergraduate Deans and other key advisors to learn about the curriculum and answer any questions you have about your academic and co-curricular journey. They last approximately one hour. You'll have a chance to hear more about academic requirements, placement exams, and other academic considerations; advice on exploring the curriculum; and what to expect during New Student Orientation. Please note, they all are scheduled in Eastern Time (ET). We will add more chats if needed. And we will include the recordings of the chats in another email in mid-August.

You will need to register for the chat. Click on the zoom link for the specific chat that you would like to attend, and register. You will be able to save the meeting invite with all the details to your Outlook or Gmail calendar.

You are strongly encouraged to download the zoom desktop application, and log-in using your Dartmouth credentials. This provides a seamless user experience!

Undergraduate Deans and other advisors are ready to ENGAGE with you as you prepare to begin your college experience.

General Advising (only need to attend one chat, the information shared will be exactly the same). Reminder: all times are Eastern Time.

These next few online advising chats are themed by topic or interest group:

Advising for Students Interested in Pre-Health with the Pre-Health Advisors (medicine, dentistry, veterinary):

Advising for Students Interested in Engineering with Professor Van Citters.
