Student Drop-in Hours (CLOSED ON JULY 3 AND JULY 4, 2025)

DROP IN HOURS WILL NOT BE TAKING PLACE ON JULY 3, 2025 OR JULY 4, 2025. THE OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED FOR INDEPENDENCE DAY

Drop-in Hours

IN PERSON AFTERNOON DROP-INS (Monday-Friday, 1pm-4pm EST):

  • Drop-Ins are first come, first serve 15 minute visits.
  • Please know that all undergraduate deans are trained and eager to help students regardless of dean assignment. You will not necessarily meet with "your" dean during Drop-ins.

REQUESTING A ZOOM DROP-IN

As of the Spring 2024 Term Zoom Drop Ins are no longer being held daily.

If you are unable to make it into our office during the In Person Drop In hours please call the front desk to see if there is any availability to schedule a 15 minute Zoom Drop In.

If you feel that your concern will require more than 15 minutes or that it can only be addressed by a particular undergraduate dean, please schedule an appointment through DartHub.

 

Regular Hours of Operation

The Undergraduate Deans Office is open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 12PM and from 1 to 4:30PM. We are closed for lunch from 12 to 1PM. Students can schedule an appointment with their undergraduate dean through their dean's calendly, available on DartHub, or by contacting our office via phone at 603-646-2243 or emailing us (undergraduate.deans.office@dartmouth.edu).
