Recruitment Process

The councils have very different recruitment processes from one another. Within some of the councils, individual organizations have different recruitment processes as well.

Inter-Sorority Council

Inter-Sorority Council recruitment is a process that occurs near the beginning of every Fall and Winter term. Prior to going through recruitment, a potential new member (PNM) must attend a Sorority Information Session, as well as registering for formal recruitment. There will be an email sent out to unaffiliated students with information on how to register.

Interfraternity Council

Interfraternity Council (IFC) recruitment is a process that occurs near the beginning of every Fall and Winter term.  Potential New Members have the opportunity to meet brothers in different fraternities across campus during the recruitment process.

Gender-Inclusive Greek Council

Multicultural Greek Council Organizations

Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) organizations conduct a Membership Intake Process.

National Pan-Hellenic Council

National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC) organizations conduct a Membership Intake Process. Membership intake is different for each member organization of the National Pan-Hellenic Council.
