Selection and Eligibility

Important Note: The Gerstner Scholars are selected pre-matriculation through the Dartmouth admissions process, beginning with the Class of 2028.

To be eligible for the Gerstner scholars Program, students must meet the following criteria:

Academic achievement and promise
Commitment to research and experiential learning in STEM
Leadership potential
United States resident
First-generation college student
