The 2026 symposium will be held at the Hanover Inn on Wednesday, May 27. Check back in the spring term to learning more details about the keynote speaker, applying to present a poster, and what to expect. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please register here by Wednesday, May 13, to present at the poster session. Spaces are limited, and researchers in first-year programs and graduating seniors will be prioritized. We require students working on the same project to co-present (regardless of their program affiliation, such as ERAS, FYREE, URAD, etc.).
Not sure what the final title of your poster will be? Don't worry! We'll reach out to confirm a couple of weeks before the day of the presentation.
Creating Your Poster
The STEM Research Librarians will host two tutorials on designing a poster during spring term:
Practicing Your "Pitch"
If you've never presented a poster before, it's a good idea to practice what you're going to say when someone comes by your easel. The Wetterhahn is open to the public, so the audience will be diverse. Sign up to practice your "poster pitch" at the Work-in-Progress Open Mic on April 22, 5:30-6:30PM, in Collis Common Ground.
