Description: Outdoor Leadership Experience (OLE) is a group mentoring program that works with fifth through twelfth graders from Canaan, NH. Dartmouth students mentor groups of kids once a week through after-school activities aimed at teaching leadership and outdoor skills. These dynamic activities foster independence, leadership, teamwork, and appreciation of nature. Each year is punctuated by an overnight camping trip that allows the mentees to put their learned skills to use.
Time Commitment: 7-8pm on Sundays and ~2-7pm on EITHER Wednesday, Thursday, OR Friday for at least one term
Setting: Around the Upper Valley (usually outside)
