Internships through the Center for Social Impact are generously funded through the Dartmouth Partners in Community Service (DPCS) program. Through DPCS, students receive up to $5,500 in funding to pursue community-based service internships with nonprofit agencies throughout the United States and its territories. Internships must be 8 to 10 weeks in length, in-person, and for 40 hours per week. All interns are matched with a Dartmouth alumnus, who serves as their mentor throughout the internship experience.
There are currently two types of internship experiences – "Design Your Own" which are offered every term, and "Cohort" internships which are offered only during the summer.
Design your own social impact internship and apply to receive funding support for any off-term.
