To Tackle My Imposter Syndrome, I Connected with Other Scientists of Color

E.E. Just Undergraduate Fellow, Kwabena Asare '25, writes about his journey toward greater confidence as he is able to face his feelings of isolation and inadequacy as a young Black researcher starting out in a new lab. He describes how his persistence, some useful mentoring, and being among other first-year researchers of color in the E.E. Just Community helped to support him as he gained experience and self-belief.
