Weekly Meeting - Wednesdays 5:30 pm to 7 pm
During term time, our undergraduate fellows, our interns, and other invited members of the E.E. Just community meet with our E.E. Just graduate fellows to discuss STEM topics, work on themes encountered in coursework, explore research, find out about internships, or even just gather informally to play games and take a study break. A delivered meal is often provided.
The Jam Sessions can also provide a locus for community study hall, raising questions related to STEM subjects and having discussions. There may also be informal expository presentations (e.g., covering a concept learned in class) or students could focus on a specific research project. The general discussion time provides undergraduate fellows and other E.E. Just community members with the opportunity to form breakout groups that could delve more deeply into coursework under the guidance and mentorship of our graduate fellows.
Dartmouth students and faculty who are interested in attending a Jam Session are welcome to contact us at ee.just.program@dartmouth.edu.
