Warren Valdmanis '95

Warren currently serves as Managing Partner at FoW Partners as a legacy member of the Two Sigma Impact team, focused on creating value at companies by investing in people and creating good jobs. He is also the author of Accountable, a book about how socially oriented investors are working to build a more just and sustainable version of capitalism, and a prolific writer and speaker on related issues. Previously, Warren was on the founding team of Bain Capital Double Impact, Bain Capital's first dedicated social impact investment fund. Warren helped lead numerous initial and add-on transactions through his time in Bain Capital's Boston, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and Sydney offices and was a member of the board of directors of a dozen companies. Warren earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA, cum laude, from Dartmouth College. He has also earned certificates in Applied Data Science and Applied Generative AI from MIT Professional Education.
