Carrie Braddock '96

Carrie Braddock joined Silver Lake in 2020 as a Managing Director and Head of Stewardship & Impact. She leads the integration of sustainable business practices across the firm and in collaboration with portfolio companies. She is also responsible for the firm's impact initiatives and community partnerships. Prior to joining Silver Lake, she worked at Centerbridge Partners where she launched the Centerbridge Foundation. She began her career at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division and the Walt Disney Company in Strategic Planning. Carrie currently serves as a Director on the Board of New Visions for Public Schools and Advisory Board of Mount Sinai's Parenting Center. She previously served as a Trustee of Deerfield Academy and the Greenwich Country Day School. She is a recipient of the Social Enterprise Leadership Award from the Tamer Center at Columbia Business School where she graduated with an MBA and on the Dean's list. She received a B.A. from Dartmouth College and lives in Old Greenwich, CT with her husband Derek '94, three children and three dogs.
