After his tenure at Bain, Warren Valdmanis '95 pivoted his career to use his skills and insight to fix capitalism. A partner with Two Sigma and author of Accountable: The Rise of Citizen Capitalism, Warren works tirelessly to build a version of capitalism that is both prosperous and good for us all.

Breaking the Mold is a way for Dartmouth students to learn from accomplished alumni with diverse social impact experiences, listen to their personal stories, and gain insight into how to carve out your own career for the common good.
