Meet Erica Webb, the new Assistant Director of the First Generation Office. She’ll be leading key initiatives like peer mentoring, FYSEP, one-on-one advising, year-round programming, and assessment. First-Year Summer Enrichment Program
Through mentorship, sample classes taught by Dartmouth faculty members, workshops, seminars, and community-building activities, FYSEP students learn the mechanics of a successful Dartmouth experience while forging a strong peer network.
