FYSEP is hiring for multiple positions to support first-generation and low-income students during the 2025 FYSEP program, running from August 9 to August 31.

The FYSEP program empowers first-generation and low-income students to succeed academically and personally at Dartmouth. Staff positions support the program during its intensive August launch (August 9–31, 2025) and ad hoc during Fall 2025 and Winter 2026.
Available Positions:
- Student Coordinator (1 position): Leadership role overseeing key program logistics.
- Academic Fellows (10 positions): Provide subject-specific academic support (5 STEM, 5 Humanities).
- Residential Fellows (8 positions): Foster a supportive living-learning community for FYSEP participants.
- Mentors (45 positions): Guide and advise students throughout the program and beyond.
