Ridwan Hassen ’15 Named Rhodes Scholar
Ridwan Hassen ’15, of Marietta, Ga., has been named a 2015 Rhodes Scholar. He joins Miriam Kilimo ’14, of Nairobi, Kenya, whose scholarship was announced earlier this month.

[more]Miriam Jerotich Kilimo ’14 of Nairobi, Kenya, has been named a Rhodes Scholar for 2015—the 76th Rhodes Scholar in Dartmouth’s history. The Rhodes Scholarship, the oldest and best-known award for international study, is widely considered to be the most prestigious postgraduate academic award available to college graduates.
[more]Shoshana Silverstein '15 has been chosen as a 2014 Harry S. Truman Scholar. She is one of 59 college students, mostly juniors, awarded scholarships of up to $30,000 to pursue graduate studies in public service fields. The program also provides assistance with career counseling, internship placement, graduate school admissions, and professional development.
[more]Ben Randolph '15, has been named a Beinecke Scholar, one of 20 college juniors nationally. The award, which supports the “graduate education of young men and women of exceptional promise,” provides $4,000 prior to entering graduate school and an additional $30,000 while attending graduate school.
