MentorNet

One-on-One Mentoring

"MentorNet's mission is to foster a prevalent culture of mentoring in STEM that empowers individuals to persist and succeed in their fields."

The program pairs undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and early career faculty as proteges with science professionals from industry, government labs, and academia as mentors for one-on-one, email-based mentoring relationships. The initiative was launched as a pilot project by WISP at Dartmouth and is now a national program that is a division of Great Minds in STEM.
