The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers students and young professionals opportunities to undertake international graduate study, advanced research, English teaching (primary, secondary, or university), or artistic endeavors abroad. The program currently awards approximately 1,100 grants annually in all fields of study, and operates in more than 140 countries.

Dartmouth's Fulbright Application process is designed to provide applicants feedback throughout the application process.
As a first step, read the Fulbright Fellowship website carefully. Individual countries have different priorities, candidate profiles, and specific details. Use your research to decide which type of Fulbright (research, graduate study, creative arts, English teaching assistant, specialized program) and to which country you wish to apply.
