  • Residence Hall rooms: $3,806 per term

  • Senior apartments (Maxwell, Channing Cox, Ledyard, North Park, Summit on Juniper): $3,806 per term

  • College-owned Greek houses: $3,806 per term

  • Privately-owned Greek houses must charge a minimum of $3,235 per term. Please speak with the organization's treasurer or housing coordinator for an exact figure.
