Rachele Hall

Rachele Hall 

Dr. Rae is Senior Assistant Dean and Director of the Office of Pluralism & Leadership. She served as the Interim Dean of Student Life at SUNY Westchester. Dr. Rae earned her Doctor of Education in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher University, where her doctoral research focused on immigration and the Presidential executive order, Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and its impact on Jamaican Immigrants. Dr. Rae received her Master of Science in Education Administration and Policy Studies from the University at Albany, and her Bachelor of Science in Philosophy from State University of New York at Oneonta. 

Dr. Rae is a social justice advocate for immigration, education reform, and food/housing insecurity. In creating a meaningful educational learning environment, she is focused on engaging, encouraging, and empowering students' leaders.

Katharine Maguire

Katharine Maguire

Katharine Maguire brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as Director of The Office of Community Standards and Accountability. With 20 years in Higher Education Administration, she combines her expertise in student development and group dynamics to foster thriving teams and walk with students through challenging moments. Over her career Katharine has served as an on-call administrator, an organization advisor, and a campus programmer.

Katharine holds a Master's degree in Secondary Education and focused her studies on student transitions from high school to college. She has worked with student societies and organizations at three institutions, investing student leader development, healthy internal organizational communication, and reviews of organization constitutions.

Katharine affiliated with Gamma Sigma Sigma sorority as an undergraduate and served as the organization's Parliamentarian and Social Chair. When not working at Dartmouth, Katharine enjoys reading, singing in area choirs, and restoring antiques.

Carmen Rodriguez

Carmen Rodriguez

Carmen applies a holistic approach to her student engagements. She believes that academic wellness is only sustainable when students find balance in all their endeavors, equally attending to their emotional, social, spiritual, and occupational wellness.  Her focus at Dartmouth includes managing and teaching the Learning at Dartmouth programs (College 101, The Mindful Academic, and Navigating Your College Journey). She also serves as an academic coach and facilitates skills-based workshops for The Academic Skills Center. Occasionally, you will find her facilitating an Intro to Mindfulness course through the Student Wellness Center.

Janice Williams

Janice Williams

Janice Williams, a proud New York City public school alum and first-generation low-income Dartmouth graduate, is the inaugural associate director of the First-Generation Office and its Prepare to Launch (P2L) Program. With two advanced degrees and 20+ years in higher education, including advising at UT Austin, recruiting for Google and serving as an assistant dean at Williams College, Janice's passion is empowering Dartmouth's first-gen students for success on and beyond campus. P2L offers them workshops and coaching for career development, job search, networking, and life post-Dartmouth. Inspired by her time as a DCSI intern at Diné College the summer before her sophomore year at Dartmouth, she's dedicated to mentoring and guiding all students to become well-equipped to solve all kinds of problems in order to live a truly well-loved life.
