Join us for lunch as we explore Intuitive Eating* and how to find more freedom, self-compassion, satisfaction, and joy in the eating experience. This gathering is a learning community—an open, supportive space where you are invited to come as you are, share your journey and challenges, and learn alongside others. Each week, we’ll focus on one principle of Intuitive Eating and use guided discussion and reflection to deepen our understanding and connection. This space is welcoming to anyone curious about stepping away from diet culture, honoring the body's needs, and cultivating a more empowered relationship with food.

*While Intuitive Eating has been shown to support resilience and recovery, this series may not be the best fit for individuals currently experiencing an active eating disorder and needing clinical support. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you determine whether this space will feel supportive for you.

Bring your lunch, or swipe in for your meal at FoCo. Please RSVP in Dartmouth Groups to reserve a spot: space is limited due to location.
