Drop-in for free yoga every Monday from 4 to 5pm in Collis 101.
Drop-in for free yoga every Monday from 4 to 5pm in Collis 101. No experience necessary. Each class will open with a brief meditation followed by gentle yoga postures that help to stretch and strengthen the body while calming and focusing the mind. Class will end with time for deep relaxation.
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
