Morgan Ogreen

Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Students

Morgan Ogreen serves as the Assistant Dean of Undergraduate Students for Case Management and Veteran Students. A United States Naval Academy graduate and former active-duty Navy helicopter pilot, she brings a unique and deeply informed perspective on military life and the transition to higher education. Morgan earned a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership & Development from George Washington University and previously served as a Student Training and Advising Manager at the U.S. Naval Academy, where she discovered her passion for student support and guidance. She manages complex undergraduate student issues, including challenges with academic, health, and social issues that require a range of interventions, referrals, and follow-up services. Morgan is also deeply committed to cultivating meaningful relationships with undergraduate veterans. She possesses a keen understanding of the challenges veterans face—both in adapting to academic settings and in navigating resources such as the VA and campus-based support systems. Morgan strives to tailor each student's Dartmouth experience to their unique background, enhancing their academic and personal success.
