Presenting at Conferences
Funding for undergraduates to present research at national or international conferences and academic meetings (e.g. Society for Neuroscience, the American Geophysical Union, and the American Astronomical Society).
Most funding is for research undergraduates have conducted with Dartmouth faculty. Students do not have to be first author on the research to apply for funds, and funds are available to students presenting posters as well as giving research talks.
UGAR Conference Travel Awards
For SENIORS presenting research at a national or international conference in any academic discipline. The research must be in collaboration with or mentored by a Dartmouth faculty member (includes college and professional school faculty). Seniors may receive only one conference award from UGAR.
Neukom Institute Travel Grants
For students presenting research at a national or international conference in any academic discipline that involves computational techniques
Some academic departments/programs have funding for students who will be presenting their research at academic conferences. Funding is generally restricted to majors in the department/program. Contact individual departments/programs for information.
