Learn More About Brian Freeman '11

Brian Freeman is an Associate in the U.S. Domestic Division of Abt Associates. Born and raised in Windsor, Connecticut, he graduated from Dartmouth in 2011 with a major in Government and a minor in Public Policy. During his time at Dartmouth, Brian served as president of the Dartmouth College Hillel, worked in the Policy Research Shop, and interned at the U.S. Department of Education and Action for Boston Community Development. Upon graduation, Brian joined Abt Associates to work on evaluations of social programs for federal and nonprofit clients including the U.S. Department of Education, the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and the National Science Foundation. While earning a Master's degree in Education Policy & Management from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, he worked on the Strategic Data Project at the Center for Education Policy Research. Since returning to Abt in 2014, Brian has contributed to research on topics such as college access, financial well-being, inclusive education, family leave, early childhood education, and national service.​​​​​​
