Offbeat, innovative, and inspired by some of the fiercest social impact icons of all time, Seth knows every student holds the potential to be a changemaker. Originally trained as an interdisciplinary scholar and college instructor, he now focuses on curating transformative experiential opportunities that challenge students to think more critically about the world and their own values.
Prior to coming to the Center for Social Impact, he taught extensively at the University at Buffalo, Buffalo State College, and Western Michigan University. He also worked at the University at Buffalo Intercultural and Diversity Center to strategically revitalize LGBTQ programming for the largest campus in the SUNY system. Seth completed his PhD in Global Gender Studies and continues to write, consult, and mentor on this subject.
When not at DCSI you can find Seth listening to House music, exercising, and spending time with his partner Elliot and their super cute (and spoiled) Havanese dog.
