The application for DREAM summer mentors is open! Please submit applications by May 16th.
DREAM's mission is to work towards closing the opportunity gap for youth living in low-income housing communities. We do this by providing a variety of programming and mentorship to the youth enrolled in our organization. Mentors and mentees meet to build community through shared activities, both in groups and one-on-one. Mentors also work in the broader Upper Valley community and with the mentees' families, and community partners hosting neighborhood dinners and planning special trips.
Time Commitment: 3:30-6:30pm every Friday for the summer term, plus 2-5 hours per term for special events.
If you are accepted and after the summer term decide that you would like to stay in the program for your reminder time at Dartmouth, you would share that interest with Mona Abdelghani (DREAM's Youth Service Manager) and the co-chairs to schedule an interview.
Apply to be a summer mentor here.
Events are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted.
