Dia Draper

Senior Assistant Dean and Director

Dia Draper (she/her/hers) serves as the Director of the Office of Pluralism and Leadership (OPAL) working collaboratively with the OPAL team and campus partners to ensure that all students can thrive at Dartmouth regardless of their identity, affinity or status.  Dia has been at Dartmouth for more than 12 years, joining the OPAL team in September of 2018 as part of a dual appointment alongside her role as Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Tuck School of Business. She served as Dean for Black Student Advising during the 2014-2015 academic year and was excited for the opportunity to return to undergraduate student affairs. Her work with OPAL is grounded in 17 years of experience in higher education, coupled with strategic insight, infectious energy, and a deep curiosity and love for people.
