  • Johnson & Johnson
  • Moderna
  • Pfizer
  • AstraZeneca
  • Covishield
  • Sinopharm
  • Sinovac
  • Dartmouth College is currently accepting COVID-19 vaccines are those that received full approval or emergency use authorization (EUA) by the FDA or those that received or are undergoing assessment for emergency use  by the World Health Organization.

The Centers for Disease Control and State of New Hampshire consider individuals fully vaccinated only if they have received a complete series of the vaccines that are approved for EUA by the FDA.  These include all the italicized vaccines above.  If you have not received a complete series of vaccine, please call the nursing staff for further guidance at 603-646-9440.  More information on receiving local vaccines is available here.

3. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO TO 'SELF-MONITOR'?

For the first seven days on campus:

  • Mask indoors, double masking strongly recommended, especially in classrooms
  • Limit close interactions, especially indoors
  • Stay distanced when possible
  • Dining to go
  • In vehicles, double mask and open windows, do not use recirculated air

As an unvaccinated student you will also be required to:

  • Undergo twice weekly COVID surveillance testing throughout the term
  • Quarantine x 10 days (with no test out option) if close contact to person who tests positive for COVID (NH guideline)

Please remember that the self-monitoring guidelines only apply to campus buildings.  NH guidelines still recommend quarantine x 7 days (with negative test on day 6) for those who are unvaccinated and arriving from an international destination. Unvaccinated international arrivals should not be entering any public building during this time.
