Summer Arrival Testing

All students must complete self-administered Covid antigen testing within 24 hours of arrival to campus for summer term. 

If you test positive via a home antigen test, please isolate immediately, wear a face mask, and send a photo of your positive test result to the Dartmouth College Health Service at dicks.house.nurse@dartmouth.edu. Be sure to notify your close contacts.  You do not need to report a negative result.

Summer Covid Testing

The Dartmouth College Health Service strongly recommends COVID-19 testing if:

1. You have any symptoms that may be consistent with COVID-19

2. You have had close contact with a person who has tested positive for COVID-19

If you do not have a home antigen test kit, you may obtain an antigen test at pick-up sites around campus.

If you test positive via a home antigen test, please isolate immediately, wear a face mask, and send a photo of your positive test result to the Dartmouth College Health Service at dicks.house.nurse@dartmouth.edu. Be sure to notify your close contacts.  You do not need to report a negative result.

Dartmouth College no longer offers PCR testing for surveillance or diagnosis.

The CDC  recommends booster doses for all adults 5 years and older who have received Moderna, Pfizer or J&J vaccines.  Boosters are also recommended for people who received COVID-19 vaccination outside the United States.  Find information on how to receive first, second, and booster doses of COVID Vaccine in New Hampshire and Vermont.

Individuals with certain kinds of immunocompromise may also be eligible for a second booster dose.  Visit the CDC website for more information about eligibility for a second dose.
