About the Fellowship
The FAO Schwarz Fellowship places Fellows at high-impact nonprofit organizations in Boston, New York, and Philadelphia. The specific organizations vary year to year, but always center a commitment to addressing critical issues of social inequity.
As part of the program, Fellows will work directly with host communities to lead strategic projects that help to strengthen the host organization's impact. While doing so, Fellows will engage in direct service work with youth, play active roles in strategic projects, explore issues of social equity, receive individual mentoring and support, engage with social impact leaders, explore careers in the social impact sector, and join an ever growing cohort of FAO Schwarz Fellows.
