Giuliana Fernández

Giuliana Fernández is a member of the Class of 2026 from Asunción, Paraguay, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Human-Centered Design. As a first-generation and low-income student, she is passionate about making academic and emotional support systems more accessible and inclusive. Giuliana has served as a Spanish Peer Tutor for the ASC, Research Assistant in clinical and cognitive psychology, and planning leader of the Latinx Council, among other responsibilities. Her research interests focus on child and adolescent mental health, cultural identity, and behavioral interventions. Outside of class, she enjoys reading about developmental psychology, playing tennis, and exploring new cafés around campus.
